The Multispray is a fully automated spraying machine with a round turntable, spraying booths and manually positioned spray guns. With this machine one can spray large series of products in up to four different colours. The spraying process is automated, fast, clean, and also economical due to the collection and re-use of materials.

The Coat-A-Flex is a robot spraying system. The product can be sprayed on all sides. It can also control a 6th axis (the product). This makes the robot extremely flexible and especially suitable for the spraying of hollow and flat products.

The M-CAF is a combination both and makes flexible automation possible. With the M-CAF it is possible to spray (also teh smaller production runs) multi-colour with irregular shapes very fast, repeatable and accurate.

Automation. VSM can offer spraymachines with its logistic systems as: product load and unlaod transfers, turn over units, automatic footwipers, dryers, preheating units ( to spray vitreous products) and centralising units.
